I love when designs can be adapted to be seasonal just by adjusting the colors you use. These pretty dot trees by HeartmadeStoneArt are the perfect example. 

While I am not the original artist, if you are wanting to make something similar, I would start by using a fine brush or a paint pen and drawing the black tree and branch structure. Then I would use a dot tool to add different colored dots that match the feel you are going for. Finally, use a fine tip brush or paint pen to add colored hearts to the trees and black letters beneath the trees to spell "love life."
