How to Paint a Darth Vader Rock
With Star Wars episode 8: The Last Jedi set to come out soon I wanted to start making some Star Wars painted rocks.
As our family's favorite dark side character, Darth Vader was a natural choice for this black rock!
When I went looking for Darth Vader rock painting ideas on Pinterest, I was surprised that there weren't many available.
Instead, I found a Darth Vader drawing tutorial and used it to create this little guy. If you have been wanting to know how to paint a Darth Vader rock, I hope it will help you!

Inspiration Video: How to Draw Darth Vader
Art for Kids Hub has a great video showing you how to draw Darth Vader. Check it out here:
For this rock, I actually just wanted to do a simple line drawing of Darth Vader instead of having him colored in like in the video so I followed the step-by-step line drawing tutorial also from Art For Kids Hub (click on it to make it bigger)
I followed along with the step outs using a white extra fine Posca paint pen and then used a red Posca pen to draw the blade of his light saber.
Once I was all done, I used Clear spray sealer to make it weatherproof and now he's ready to go hide outside!
